Navalny’s lawyer Olga Mikhailova confirmed to RBC that one status was removed from the oppositionist, but a new one was assigned. She also clarified that the defense had not seen the relevant documents. Mikhailova recalled that lawyers had previously tried through the court to cancel the registration of the oppositionist. “The fact that this status was removed suggests that it was unfounded. And even the administration of the institution itself canceled this status, which had nothing to do with him; he is not inclined to escape,” Mikhailova noted.
